
We created a nine-email sequence for their service launch, shifting away from individual account managers and moving a myriad of once-reluctant customers into an efficient, easy-to-navigate online portal system.
The nine planned emails, each with its own targeted message, were sent out gradually and automatically to nurture leads and educate customers on the benefits of transitioning to the digital platform. The task demanded unleashing our copywriting team’s wizardry to ensure our persuasive copy would turn digital-shy customers into eager adopters.
