The First Steps of a Fruitful Journey Online

SnapMD approached us as a budding startup and a one-man band with a wholesome yet bold vision—and he wanted to hit the ground running. With a tight budget to hand, we built a focused branding package: Three logo concepts, each refined through three rounds, with smart guidelines that left room to grow. We then built a one-page website from the ground up to capture leads and tentatively evaluate interest in the company.

We used all the tools in our arsenal to help position SnapMD as an innovative leader in medical communication, emphasizing efficiency and first-rate patient care. Across all sensory touchpoints, we portrayed the brand consistently using a professional and approachable tone, calm and reassuring language, and visual cues that bolster credibility and appeal to HCPs seeking practical tools to streamline their workflow. 

The combination of a logo and a three-page guidelines package helped set the foundation for how SnapMD would relate to its audience.

Content Writing

a Story Worth Listening To

Copywriting was a crucial piece of the SnapMD puzzle. Their AI app promised better writing for HCPs—so our copy needed to prove it. We wrote to build trust while showing the HCPs exactly how this app would make their daily writing easier.
 
We opted for a professional yet approachable tone, explaining complex AI concepts in layman’s terms without losing their power. This language made the often complex technological concepts accessible to HCPs far and wide.

The Vision Finds a Home

The website’s intuitive interface guides visitors naturally through each section. A clean layout puts important information front and center, while responsive design ensures everything works smoothly on any device. Sharp HD images and carefully chosen icons strengthen the message without cluttering the view. The color scheme includes calming and professional colors, such as blue and white, speaking the visual language of healthcare, and building trust through familiar industry cues.
