While moving from manual account management to a digital account management system, they struggled to get their customers to migrate. Armed with strategic email campaigns and sharp copywriting, we stepped in to spark their digital evolution.

We created a nine-email sequence for their service launch, shifting away from individual account managers and moving a myriad of once-reluctant customers into an efficient, easy-to-navigate online portal system. The nine planned emails, each with its own targeted message, were sent out gradually and automatically to nurture leads and educate customers on the benefits of transitioning to the digital platform. The task demanded unleashing our copywriting team’s wizardry to ensure our persuasive copy would turn digital-shy customers into eager adopters.
