We were tasked with narrowing the gap in perceived value offered by industry peers and Aden Property’s comprehensive tailored approach.

The first port of call for this project was crafting a brand identity. Through our collaborative meetings, Aden Property expressed a clear desire for a modern yet approachable aesthetic, with a gender-neutral, understated color palette. The key was to promote an inviting feel rather than project a potentially alienating level of luxury. We combined modern and traditional fonts to walk this fine line in perception.
Our team introduced a color palette composed of shades of beige, complemented by pops of blue and red to add contrast and draw attention to key call-to-action elements. With the color palette and typography in place, we produced a primary logo exuding contemporary aesthetics but timeless appeal. The clean sans-serif wordmark is paired with a geometric submark featuring three interlocking shapes, symbolizing the three companies under the Aden umbrella—and representing flexibility, longevity, and a cohesive brand identity.
